一. Industry Overview

      At present, the domestic expressway construction of  rebar processing process method is still relatively backward,equipment and means are generally obsolete, mainly manual operation, the level of automation is not high, low production efficiency, time-consuming, poor quality of the parts, and labor-intensive, high cost.The use of CNC rebar winding machine will greatly improve labor productivity, the corresponding floor space, labor costs, energy consumption will be significantly reduced.At the same time, the operator's labor intensity is greatly reduced due to the adoption of CNC technology with high human-machine affinity.


二. Working principle and equipment requirements


 

1、Working Principle

The main reinforcement of the cage is fixed by manually passing through the corresponding round hole of the fixed rotating plate to the corresponding hole of the mobile roll cage, which is equipped with an adjusting hole plate and can process 1.0m~1.5m diameter steel cage.The end of the coiled bar (winding bar) is first welded on a main bar, and then the winding bar is wound on the main bar by fixing the roll cage and moving the wire loader (moving is backward while rotating), and welding is carried out at the same time to form the product cage - this is the working principle of the bored pile cage roll welder, i.e. "steel cage forming machine".

2、Equipment requirements

1)The equipment requires a wide range of speed regulation to meet different processing needs.

2)Large low-frequency torque, smooth output at all frequencies, and the process can be started and stopped at any time during the process.

3)It realizes smooth soft start, avoids electrical and mechanical shock, and extends the service life of mechanical equipment.

4)The output voltage and current stability is ensured in severe power supply occasions such as long-term low power grid or power grid fluctuations.

4)The vector control response is fast, the low frequency torque is large, the output is smooth in each frequency band, the dynamic response of torque is fast, and the precision of speed stabilization is high. The overload capacity reaches 180%, and the starting torque 0.5HZ can output 150%.
