一.Industry profile

Cold header is a stamping machine in mechanical manufacturing, the raw material does not do any change, so that the material is shaped into the required shape.It uses cold state mechanics for applying pressure or cold drawing to achieve solid metal deformation.A forging and forming method in which the top of a bar or wire is thickened at room temperature.Cold heading is mainly used to make bolts, nuts, nails, rivets and steel balls and other parts.The forging material can be copper, aluminum, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and titanium alloy, etc., the material utilization rate can reach 80 ~ 90%.Cold heading is mostly carried out on special cold heading machines, which facilitates continuous, multi-station and automated production.


二.Control requirements

1. Take two-speed motor, industrial frequency when connected to the low-speed winding (4 poles),that is, the AC contactor coil KM1 is sucked. Frequency conversion when cut to the high-speed winding (2 poles), that is, AC contactor coil KM2 and KM3 suction, the motor (high speed winding) at this time is speed regulated by a frequency converter.

2. When switching power frequency and frequency conversion, it is necessary to smooth over, and the inverter has strong overload capacity.

五.Program Features

1. The system enables the T600 speed tracking function to avoid excessive current when switching from low speed (4 poles) to high speed (2 poles) and to achieve smooth transition.

2. When the motor switches high speed winding, T600 is used for control, which can realize infinitely adjustable speed for high speed motor, and improve power factor and save power.
