A. check whether the display of the operation panel is normal, and observe whether the display of the panel is damaged, shallow or incomplete. If there is any abnormality, replace the panel or repair it in time.
B. check whether the power supply voltage, output voltage and DC bus voltage are normal. Use mechanical multimeter to measure the three-phase power supply voltage respectively. It should be balanced under normal conditions. The voltage value is within the normal range, and the single-phase power supply voltage is within the normal range. If the U / V / W three-phase is unbalanced or the output voltage is low, the inverter shall be shut down for maintenance. The DC voltage value is too low (compared with the monitoring value D-4 / d0.007), which also needs to be checked and repaired.
C. check whether the input and output cables are heated, deformed or burnt out. In this case, the wiring terminal is usually loose, which needs to be tightened, or the wire shall be replaced after shutdown.
D. check whether the fan operates normally. If not, clean or replace it after shutdown.
E. check whether the radiator temperature is normal (it can be measured by infrared thermometer). If it is abnormal, if the ambient temperature is too high, measures shall be taken to reduce the ambient temperature; if the service life of the fan has expired and dust and oil have accumulated, which causes the temperature of the radiator to rise, it shall be cleaned or replaced.
F. check the frequency converter for vibration. A long handle screwdriver can be used to touch the frequency converter at one end, and the ear is close to the handle of the screwdriver, so slight vibration can be found. This phenomenon is usually caused by mechanical vibration resonance, will cause mechanical damage of electronic devices. Rubber pad can be added to reduce or eliminate vibration, or on the premise of ensuring accuracy, mechanical resonance point can be avoided by adjusting parameters.
G. check whether the frequency converter has peculiar smell during operation.
