二. Technology description and control requirements

 

1.Technology description

The design principle of punching machine is to convert the circular motion into linear motion. The main motor exerts force to drive the flywheel, crankshaft (or eccentric gear), connecting rod, etc. to reach the linear motion of the slide, and the motion from the main motor to the connecting rod is circular motion.

2. Equipment requirements

At present, the high-speed punch on the market has the following characteristics:

(1) The machine body adopts high strength cast iron, after annealing, vibration stress relief and other processes, so as to ensure long-term accuracy.

(2) Adopting dynamic balancing system to reduce the vibration of the punching machine to the extreme, thus ensuring the accuracy of the stamped products.

(3) It adopts frequency converter speed control system, with adjustable stroke speed, high stamping frequency, low noise, and stable speed, zero error, suitable for a variety of stamping  craft, etc.Equipped with microcomputer control unit, all information is displayed on the desktop, which is centralized and convenient to operate and easy to maintain.
